" We are not human beings but human becomings" Kevin Kelly

As kevin kelly says, "we are not human beings but human becomings". Today we know we are good but tomorrow we know we can be amazing.

This is the reason why, we should not underestimate ourself as well as never limit ourself!

Where you are now can be very different in a short future. However action is what is required to lead to that change you want.

Do not underestimate the power of the positive feedback loop.

If we look at the Wikipedia definition, positive feedback is a process that occurs in a feedback loop in which the effects of a small disturbance on a system include an increase in the magnitude of the perturbation. That is, A produces more of B which in turn produces more of A. In contrast, a system in which the results of a change act to reduce or counteract it has negative feedback.

Mathematically, positive feedback is defined as a positive loop gain around a closed loop of cause and effect. That is, positive feedback is in phase with the input, in the sense that it adds to make the input larger. Positive feedback tends to cause system instability. When the loop gain is positive and above, there will typically be exponential growth.

So how can you use this concept to reach your health and fitness goals?

The positive feedback loop is a powerful thing, because it causes exponential growth. Without really noticing, your progress will, each and every time, over time, bring you to an all-new level where your motivation, results and willingness will grow further, exponentially.

During my program, my clients tend to constantly redefine themselves, like re-editing their environment, giving birth to this constant and exponential renewal.

Every single step of the way they see themselves stepping away from the bad habits and negative impact they may have had on their health, to find new ways that are reinforcing, further and further, their will to optimise their health and performance potential.

One ingredient is needed and that is : consistency

What you do everyday matters matters more than what you do every once in a while,  it is time to break the bad habits and form the good ones.  To obtain consistency you better work on mini habits rather than motivation.. Here is a previous How to blog  on mini habits

Be prepared, consistency does not happen over night, it is a  process that takes time and effort, it is not a one-step process. But you got to get started to become consistent in your actions.

I have witnessed this positive feedback loop over and over, without exception.

From being taught to be in total autonomy, my clients always start new initiatives towards their health to a degree they would never have thought possible when they first started.

The ultimate positive feedback loop will show you how your own belief system can be dissolve for something greater, each and every time. You will be reborn with an all-new perception, new approach and relationship towards your health and fitness.

It can manifest in many ways. I have seen people reorganising their work load, or being promoted, to then start new activities they thought they could never have started; or even quitting their nine-to-five jobs for their real and new passion they have discovered on the way to living fully and freely.

Little they knew starting with simple personal training session would have set them on this path of cause and effects to lead them where they are now.

It is your birthright to thrive healthily, and you might as well get good at it! Watch the space of the cause and effects. You will be for sure surprise of how it can change your everyday life over time.
